By accessing or using the Pulsar X website, gateway, or any associated scripts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services.
User Conduct & Restrictions
When using our services, you explicitly agree not to:
- Attempt to deobfuscate, reverse engineer, crack, or bypass our security measures or key system.
- Share, resell, or distribute access keys to other individuals.
- Use our platform to distribute malware, engage in malicious activity, or harm other users.
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in our systems.
Violation of these rules may result in an immediate and permanent ban without a refund.
Purchases and Refunds
All premium-key purchases are processed through third-party merchants. By making a purchase, you agree that:
- All sales are final. Because the product is a digital access key, refunds are not offered after a key has been delivered and activated.
- Attempting to charge back or dispute a valid transaction may result in an automatic HWID ban and blacklisting from future products.
Hardware ID (HWID) System
Pulsar X uses a Hardware ID system to lock a key to a specific device. HWID resets may be granted at the administration team's discretion. Abuse of the reset system may result in suspension of the key.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without expressed or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that scripts will function uninterrupted, remain error-free, or remain undetected indefinitely because third-party platform updates are outside our control.
